In this study, we investigate the role of NF2 in regulating autophagy flux in pancreatic cancer spheroids. Overall design: NF2 gene was deleted using CRISPR/Cas9 in PATU8902 cells, which were then cultured in 3D-Matrigel as spheroids, prior to RNA extraction and sequencing. A sgRNA against Luciferase (sgLUC) is used as a control condition.
