Transcriptomic changes during skeletal muscle atrophy [RNA-seq]

To investigate the possible changes of genes expression during muscle atrophy, we performed bulk RNA-seq of skeletal muscle from C57 BL/6 mice with or without denervation (2 weeks). Bulk RNA-seq of gastrocnemius muscle from 3 normal and 3 denervated mice.为探究肌肉萎缩过程中基因表达的潜在变化，我们对C57 BL/6小鼠的骨骼肌开展了批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq），受试小鼠分为两组：一组接受了时长为2周的去神经支配（denervation）造模，另一组为正常对照。本次测序的样本为3只正常小鼠与3只去神经支配造模小鼠的腓肠肌（gastrocnemius muscle）。
