Questionnaire on psychological processes in informed decision-making – DigiMed1 study

This questionnaire was used in the DigiMed1 study to investigate psychological factors influencing informed decision-making in the context of patient education for contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT). The survey includes an experimental vignette, standardized scales to assess cognitive, emotional, and motivational responses (e.g., perceived comprehensibility, cognitive load, risk perception, emotions, stress), and items capturing informed choice (knowledge, attitude, decision).
