REVISED RESULTS: Directional phyllotactic bias in calatheas (Goeppertia, Marantaceae): a citizen science approach

This folder contains all code and data needed to reproduce REVISED results in the manuscript "Directional phyllotactic bias in calatheas (Goeppertia, Marantaceae):a citizen science approach" by Benjamin Durrington, Fiona Chong, and Daniel H. Chitwood. The original figshare data and code (found at https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Directional_phyllotactic_bias_in_Calathea_spp_Marantaceae_a_citizen_science_approach/13140434) contains those parts of the manuscript that were not revised. Only revised data and code are included here.<br>The folder "statistical_tests" contains the code and data to reproduce Chi-squared tests used to test for phyllotactic bias for iNaturalist observations downloaded from GBIF.<br>The folder "figure_code" contains the code and data to reproduce revised plots for Figures 3-5.<br>The folder "iNaturalist_photos" contains iNaturalist observation photos and associated data.<br>
