Supporting data for “Mechanistic Studies of the H3.3G34W Oncohistone and Chemical Proteomic Approach to Investigate Vangl2 PBM Interactome”

This dataset compiles the foundational experimental data supporting the investigation into the chromatin-regulatory mechanisms of the oncogenic histone H3.3 G34W mutation, a key driver in giant cell tumors of bone.Together, these integrated datasets trace the molecular pathway through which the H3.3 G34W mutation is recognized by a specific chromatin reader, and, in a parallel study, map the phosphorylation-dependent interactome of a key cell polarity regulator.
