Oral bacterial 16S rRNA-V4 sequencing of four Japanese adults in multiple conditions of sample storage (additional). uncultured bacterium

This project contains re-sequencing experiments of a part of samples of DRA003984 and SSUB004847. The project provides bacterial partial 16S rRNA V4 sequencing data of supragingival plaque samples pooled from multiple teeth of 3 healthy Japanese adults. The partial 16S rRNA V4 region (typically 259 base pairs) was PCR-amplified and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform. Paired-end sequencing and dual index tag techniques were applied. All relevant research protocols and procedures were approved by Ethics Committee of Tohoku University School of Medicine, Sendai, Japan. All subjects provided written informed consent.
