By collecting, organizing and analyzing carbon emission data from energy consumption (including water, electricity and natural gas) of various buildings within government jurisdictions—such as government agencies, public institutions, commercial buildings and residential communities—this dataset accurately calculates their carbon emissions, provides scientific decision-making support for governments and relevant departments, and promotes the realization of low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable development in the region.
