First names - Children born in Poitiers- by commune-GP

The Civil Code requires births to be declared to the civil registry office of the municipality where the maternity hospital is located. As a result, a large part of Vienne's births are concentrated in Poitiers. To be closer to the reality of the municipalities of Grand Poitiers, this dataset distributes the first names of children according to the residence of the mother. However, it does not take into account the first names of children born outside Poitiers (example of births declared in Châtellerault or births at home). This information will complete this dataset as soon as Grand Poitiers has knowledge of it.《民法典》规定，新生儿出生登记需向产科医院所在市镇的民事登记处办理。 据此，维埃纳省（Vienne）的新生儿出生登记有相当比例集中于普瓦捷（Poitiers）。 为更贴合大普瓦捷都会区（Grand Poitiers）各辖镇的实际情况，本数据集按照母亲的居住地对新生儿姓名数据进行分布统计。但该数据集未纳入普瓦捷市以外出生的新生儿姓名数据，例如在沙泰勒罗（Châtellerault）办理出生登记的新生儿，或是在家中分娩的新生儿。 待大普瓦捷都会区掌握相关信息后，本数据集将及时补充完善该部分内容。
