Pesticide Business License is an administrative license credential issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in accordance with the law to entities engaged in pesticide business activities. It is designed to ensure pesticide quality at the source, prevent and control animal diseases, and standardize business operations, by verifying that the license holder's site selection, layout, supporting facilities and management systems meet the national pesticide management standards, so as to mitigate ecological and environmental risks. Entities that have not obtained such a license or fail to meet the prescribed requirements are prohibited from engaging in relevant pesticide business activities.
