ORG.one project - Choeropsis liberiensis - Pygmy hippopotamus

Rapid sequencing of the Endangered Pygmy hippopotamus (Choeropsis liberiensis) as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo. Sequence data was generated from a juvenile female individual at RZSS Edinburgh Zoo, UK, biobanked by the EAZA Biobank at RZSS WildGenes Biobank. Libraries were prepared at the Natural History Museum and sequencing was performed at Oxford Nanopore's London Calling 2024 conference. (Taxonomy synonym is Hexaprotodon liberiensis)
