Cleveland Water Department Boil Alert Advisory

A boil advisory is a public notice advising customers to boil tap water or use bottled water for any consumption purpose. Cleveland Water is required by the Ohio EPA to issue a boil advisory under certain circumstances. Use this application to see if there is a current boil advisory within the Cleveland Water service area. If there is a boil alert, you will be able to view the boundary area and search to see if your address falls within the boundary. If there is no active boil alert, there will be a splash screening displaying this message.
