Identification and documentation of endosymbionts in whitefly ToLCV infesting tomato through Next Generation sequencing.. insect gut metagenome isolate:Whitefly gut microbiome

Studies reveal that endosymbionts harboured by B. tabaci such as Arsenophonus sp., Hamiltonella sp., Wolbachia sp., and Rickettsia sp. in gut region are involved in virus transmission rather than supplementing essential aminoacids. So here we are intended to identify the endosymbionts present in the whitefly gut microbiome.
