Treatment of LNCaP prostate cancer cells with EGF and NRG

Gene expression signatures are routinely used to infer pathway activity. In this project, we stimulated LNCaP prostate cancer cells with growth factors to derive gene expression sigantures indicative of pathway activation. Overall design: Differential gene expression in the LNCaP cell lines treated with FBS, charcoal stripped serum (CSS) and stimulated with either EGF or NRG for 5m, 1h, or 4h.
