Time-SLIP MRI test dataset for regional CSF transport modeling

This repository provides a representative, fully anonymized test dataset supporting bi-component modeling of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) transport measured with non-contrast Time–Spatial Labeling Inversion Pulse (Time-SLIP) MRI. The dataset is organized into three main components: testdata/tslip/ — Paired Tag and Control Time-SLIP acquisitions acquired at multiple inversion times (500–3000 ms) with left-sided labeling. testdata/roi/ — Example region-of-interest (ROI) definitions, including parasagittal dura and superior sagittal sinus ROIs, along with reference tables. testdata/other/ — Reference anatomical images (T2-weighted and FLAIR) used for anatomical localization and ROI delineation. The dataset includes paired Tag and Control acquisitions acquired at multiple inversion times, example region-of-interest (ROI) definitions, and reference anatomical images. It is intended to enable execution, validation, and inspection of the analysis pipeline described in the accompanying manuscript and implemented in the public GitHub repository: https://github.com/vmalis/TimeSLIP-CSF-transport The dataset is not intended to represent a complete cohort but rather a minimal working example for reproducibility and code testing. No personally identifiable information is included.
