Data Collection, Spontaneous chlorate formation on solvating sea salt crystal surfaces

This data collection contains X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) measurements of sea salt samples acquired using the ambient-pressure XPS (APXPS) endstation at the HIPPIE beamline at MAX IV Laboratory, together with the corresponding experimental logbooks. It also includes first-principles molecular dynamics (FPMD) simulation input files, trajectory visualizations, and PLUMED post-analysis scripts for magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2·6H2O) crystal-water interface systems.
