CDK4/6 Activity is Required During G2 Arrest to Prevent Stress-Induced Endoreplication

Files labeled "DAPI_Geminin" have integrated DAPI intensity in the first column and median Geminin intensity in the second column, while each row contains measurements for one cell. In all other files, columns contain data from replicate experiments and rows contain data for one cell within each replicate. Additionally, files ending in "_1", "_2", or "_3" contain data from replicate experiments. Files labeled "DNA" contain measurements for integrated DAPI intensity. Files labeled "Cell_Fates" contain the outcomes of S/G2 cells during live imaging: 1 = Mitosis, 2 = Arrest, 3 = APC/C(Cdh1) Reactivation, 4 = Apoptosis, 5 = Cytokinesis Failure. NaNs are inserted to make matrices rectangular and can be ignored. Cleaning_Notebook.m contains script for organizing data from CellProfiler and identifying putative mitotic events based on H2B-iRFP parameters. Manual_Annotation.m contains script for identifying cells of interest and presenting tracked movies in a blinded and randomized order for annotation of live imaging data.
