This Figshare item contains the processed single-cell RNA-seq data and R scripts used in a study of the IL-18 receptor (IL-18R) axis in allergic conjunctivitis.The original raw scRNA-seq data were generated in an independent study and are available from GEO under accession GSE203217. In this work, we reprocessed the conjunctival CD45⁺ single-cell data and used them for all analyses reported in the manuscript.The ZIP archive (processed scRNA-seq Seurat object + scripts.zip) includes:combined_seurat_final_annotated.rds: Seurat v5 object containing the RNA assay with three expression layers (“counts”, “data”, and “scale.data”), together with cell-level metadata (sample group, treatment, cell-type annotations, clusters) and dimensionality reductions (PCA, UMAP). This is the exact processed dataset used in all single-cell analyses.seurat_analysis.R: R script for QC, normalization, variable gene selection, dimensionality reduction, clustering, and cell-type annotation starting from the Seurat object.cellchat_analysis.R: R script for intercellular communication analysis using CellChat.trajectory_analysis.R: R script for pseudotime inference, PROGENy pathway activity scoring, and generalized additive model (GAM) fitting along pseudotime.
