Rice Rhizosphere Soil Metagenome

The metagenome samples of rice rhizosphere treated with Polyextremophilic plant growth promoting (PPGP) microbes. The setups include a control with no treatment (Negative Control), a control with PPBP bacterial treatment (Positive control) and 3 setups subjected to abiotic stress parameters( arsenic, Salt and Drought) and treated with the PPGP bacterial cultures for the purpose of stress alleviation.
