This dataset includes 54 scan sessions acquired from the forearms of 9 participants, which were collected for 3D reconstruction using ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging technologies. The data collection protocol was approved by the local Institutional Review Board (IRB). Scanning was conducted via a Verasonics ultrasound system and a Nd:YAG laser system for photoacoustic imaging. Each of these sessions contains 900 to 1000 frames. The primary task of this dataset is to perform 3D reconstruction of vascular structures in both ultrasound and photoacoustic images.
