Training and test datasets of beech trees stems for the semantic segmentation of windtrown tree stems on UAV orthophotos using UNet Neural Networks. This dataset belongs to the puplication..... The dataset contains 3 different generic training datasets created with a copy-paste augmentation strategy and containing 10, 50 and 100 augmented version per sampled stem on a random background (GenDS10, GenDS50, GenDS100). Additionally, it contains a specific training dataset containing 454 samples which were not augmented (SpecDS) and one test dataset containing 106 independent samples for evaluation purpose.
