<b>Ethical clearance reference number: FOBREC656</b><b><br></b>The study was exploratory by nature and gathered primary qualitative data using a semi- structured interview, with the intent that the primary data would be used to answer the relevant research question. The semi- structured interviews were conducted with 34 participants within the HR community at the relevant organisation. These participants were purposively selected based on their knowledge and experience relevant to the study. <br>The semi- structured interview feedback is recorded in the data set. <b> </b><br>
