Dataset associated with "Atlantic salmon do not prioritise digestion when energetic budgets are constrained". It includes oxygen uptake - proxy for metabolic rate - (AS, SDA, morphometrics), blood lactate pre- and post-feeding, gut transit, and Critical Oxygen Threshold (Pcrit) post-feeding datasets from Tasmanian Atlantic salmon parr acclimated to 15°C and 21°C and acutely exposed to hypoxia (50% air sat.) or at normoxia. Data files are saved as csv and read me file contains detailed description of each column.
