BCL11A_chipseq_in_TNBC. BCL11A_chipseq_in_TNBC

I will be performing Chipseq experiments to identify where in the genome does BCL11A bind. To achieve this we will use triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines to perform these experiments. This work is complimentary to the mouse works also done in collaboration with Pentao on the biological role of BCL11A in TNBC. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
