Statistical Shape Model of the Tibia.

This project provides a freely accessible three-dimensional statistical shape model (SSM) of the tibia, the coded scripts for generating a SSM and the segmented surface models of the cortical and trabecular bone. Further, it provides three potential applications for the SSM.
