Transcriptome of adult Schistosoma japonicum derived from Oncomelania hupensis bred in permissive and non-permissive areas

In our previous study, we had demonstrated that O. hupensis can survive and reproduce for a long time after being transferred to Jining city of Shandong province, a non-permissive area in Chinese mainland, and maintain the ability of transmitting schistosomiasis. However, it is not known to what extent the transcription level of adult S. japonicum derived from the transferred snails has changed.
