Replication code and data for: Delineating Neighborhoods: An approach combining urban morphology with point and flow datasets

This repository contains the R code and aggregated data needed to replicate the analysis in our paper "Delineating Neighborhoods: An approach combining urban morphology with point and flow datasets". The enclosed `renv.lock` file provides details of the R packages used. Aside from these packages, an installation of the Infomap algorithm (freely available through standalone installations and Docker images) is also necessary but is not included in this repository. All code is organized in computational notebooks, arranged sequentially. Data required to execute these notebooks is stored in the `data/` folder.
