Abstract: The presented project represents one of the ways of managing the value of the example of companies from the 29 that is, the production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers with the exception of motorcycles. The calculation made in the project reflect the appointment of an optimal capital structure based on data from the financial statements of the analyzed companies and read the values established for the industry.
