RNA-seq profiling of cervical tissue in a lipopolysaccharide-induced rat model of preterm birth

This study aims to investigate the alterations in cervical remodeling and the underlying molecular mechanisms in a lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced rat model of preterm birth through RNA sequencing. The results demonstrate that LPS triggers preterm birth by activating inflammatory and bradykinin pathways, disrupting extracellular matrix stability, and promoting cervical insufficiency.
本研究旨在通过RNA测序技术,探究脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide, LPS)诱导的早产大鼠模型中宫颈重塑的变化及其潜在分子机制。结果表明,LPS可通过激活炎症通路与缓激肽通路、破坏细胞外基质稳定性以及诱发宫颈功能不全,进而触发早产。
