This is a single-gathering booklet, containing a handwritten record of the use of the Common Seal of the Newcastle Western Suburbs Hospital. It records the documents to which the Seal was affixed, and the dates on which this was done. As all such use of the Seal had to be approved by resolution of the Board of Directors, the dates recorded are found to be those of meetings of the Board, and each use is countersigned by the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of the Hospital. This series, therefore, constitutes a partial record of resolutions of the Board of Directors, complementary to the Minutes.
