Numbers of colonies from 25,000 unfractionated bone marrow cells cultured in granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF, 103U/mL), granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF, 103U/mL), interleukin-3 (IL3, 10ng/mL), stem-cell factor (SCF, 100 ng/mL), erythropoietin (EPO, 2U/mL), as indicated, with the type and number of colonies scored after 7 days. The number of biological replicates per genotype is given.
