Raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequence reads from the microbiomes of a series of thin stillage fed bioreactors. Thin stillage-fed bioreactors were inoculated with sludge from an acid-phase digester from a wastewater treatment plant. Bioreactor fermentation experiments were operated under five different conditions with varying temperature and solids retention time in order to observe differences in fermentation products and microbial communities.
