Input data for ds-DNA virus MPRA analysis (https://github.com/osyafinkelberg/dsdna-mpra)

This dataset contains all raw input files required to reproduce the analyses in the dsDNA-MPRA project. It includes processed sequencing counts, annotations, and related input tables, to be placed under the data/raw/ directory of the project repository. Some of the datasets used in this project originate from previously published studies.
