Reproducible Datasets and Simulation Results for Internet Routing Optimization under Capacity Constraints

This repository contains the complete experimental datasets associated with the research study: “Decision-Support Approaches for Internet Routing Optimization: Exact Programming versus Multi-Agent Systems”. The data were generated from randomized network topologies under controlled capacity and connectivity constraints. The repository includes: Generated synthetic network topologies The list of benchmark instances used from the SNDlib library Random seeds ensuring reproducibility Consolidated experimental results for all evaluated scenarios The experimental results cover: Static configuration experiments Scalability analysis Dynamic traffic perturbation scenarios Link failure scenarios Benchmark instances from the SNDlib library are publicly available at:https://sndlib.put.poznan.pl/home.action The provided materials allow full regeneration of the network instances and reproduction of the numerical results reported in the associated manuscript.
