data of the CTD profiles collected in summer and winter 2021 across the selected stations in the Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea and off the Changjiang Estuary covering 10–80 m water depth. Dissolved oxygen and its oxygen isotopes (d18O) and dO₂/Ar were also included. Further, a RM model results including the contribution of WCR, SOR and AGR percentage contribution and concentration are also presented.
