MAGs from the Spruce and Peatland Responses Under Changing Environments (SPRUCE) experiment (2015-2018)

MAGs recovered from SPRUCE peat samples collected in 2015, 2016 and 2018. The aim of this study is the assessment of the impact of climate change drivers, such as temperature and CO2, in peat microbial networks.
