This dataset provides predicted and experimental structural data for VDJdb records, focusing on T-cell receptor (TCR) and peptide-major histocompatibility complex (pMHC) complexes. It includes: predicted TCR:pMHC structures (canonicalized and aligned), real experimental structures from PDB, tables of amino acid Ca atom coordinates, contact information for residue pairs between TCR and peptide (distance ≤5Å), and 2D complementarity maps (SVG format) of TCR CDR3 regions and peptide residue coordinates. The metadata file combines VDJdb records with structure-related metrics such as number of contacts, TCRmodel2 quality measures (e.g., pLDDT, pTm), structural angles (scanning and pitch angles), and indicates whether structures are experimentally acquired.
