Transcriptional profiling of bulk-tumor samples left untreated or treated with TH-302, VEGFR-2 blockade, or the combination Mice bearing 10-day preimplanted orthotopic pancreatic tumors were treated with 1 cycle of therapy (5x qd TH-302 and/or 2x q96h VEGFR-2 blockade) before resection. Tumors were processed into single-cell suspensions and 5 million cells were flash frozen and then processed for RNA-extraction
