Trichoderma harzianum Raw sequence reads

This project presents the whole-genome sequencing and de novo assembly of multiple strains of *Trichoderma harzianum*, a biocontrol fungus with significant agricultural importance. We sequenced three strains (A16, A5, A81) using the Illumina NovaSeq platform. The assembled genomes, along with comprehensive functional annotations (including NR, Swiss-Prot, COG, GO, and KEGG), provide valuable genetic resources for studying the mechanisms of mycoparasitism, secondary metabolite synthesis, and plant growth promotion in this species. These genomic data will facilitate comparative genomics studies and the development of improved biocontrol agents.
