DDG Cube Supplementation and Implant Management for Ranch Intensification in Rangelands of Western Oklahoma

This data was collected from stocker grazing experiments conducted at the OSU Marvin Klemme Range Research Station (Klemme) and the USDA-ARS Southern Plains Experimental Range (SPER) over 2-years in the summer grazing seasons of 2019 and 2020. At Klemme steers were fed extruded dried distillers' grains cubes (DDGC) at 0.75% of bodyweight the entire summer stocked at 4 acres per steer or were fed 2.5 pounds of DDGC only during the late summer with a stocking rate of 6 acres per steer. At SPER, steers were unsupplemented (NC) stocked at 5 acres per steer or were fed 2 pounds of supplemental DDGC during the late summer with 5 acres per steer stocking rate, or were stocked at 3.5 acres per steer with 0.75% of bodyweight supplementation rate all summer.
