Erbin knockout leads to differential gene expression in the rat proximal tubular epithelial cell line NRK-52E

We generated the Erbin-deficient NRK-52E sublines (referred as to KO) using CRISPR/Cas9 approach, and performed transcriptome sequencing to identify the differentially expressed genes compared to the control (referred as to NC).本研究采用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术构建了Erbin缺陷型NRK-52E细胞亚系（以下简称KO组），并通过转录组测序鉴定该细胞亚系与阴性对照组（以下简称NC组）之间的差异表达基因。
