A Description of the Constellations, entitled صور الكواكب by ABU’L-ḤUSAIN ‘Abd al-raḥmân b. ‘Omar ṢÛFÎ (d. A.H. 376), who wrote it for ‘Aḍud al-daualah, the Bûyide. Cf. Ḥ. Kh. iv. 113; Codd. Hafn. 67; Cat. Mus. Brit. 188; etc. A full translation of this work has been published by Schjellerup (Description des étoiles fixes, St. Petersb. 1874).

Clearly written in Nasta’liḳ, with figures and tables.
