The effect of uranyl ions on the activity and microbiological diversity of soil with rapeseed (pot test)

The aim of the work is to determine the sorption efficiency of uranyl ions by the solid phase of the soil and the survival, activity and diversity of microorganisms in soil polluted with this element (laboratory contamination). The tolerance of uranium by Brassica napus, the efect on the plant growth (root and shoot biomass) and the potential use of rapeseed for bioremediation will be also determined.
