Trem2 Macrophage Promote Cardiac Repair in Myocardial Infarction via Efferocytosis and Carbohydrate Metabolism

We want to find that the TREM2 mechanism on the Macrophages in the myocardial infarction Overall design: CCR2+ macrophages within post-MI was specially sorted out by FACS within post-MI and RNA of macrophages was extracted using the TRIzol reagent (15596018, Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer's instructions. RNA integrity was assessed using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara). Then the libraries were constructed using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
