在规定充放电制度、以及特定的循环次数下,摩托车原厂配套OEM电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,同时监控高倍率放电下的5秒电压和90秒电压,监控其对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的启动能力,性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。1.数据来源 在规定的循环寿命测试制度下,循环记录摩托车原厂配套OEM电池12L启动电池1000次的实时容量数据 2.数据处理 2.1实时预警 基于摩托车原厂配套OEM电池放电容量,容量保持率和电池高倍率放电得到的5秒电压和30秒电压的性能要求,通过设置监测阀值并实现智能预警,当循环至容量保持率<70%的标称容量时结束循环,或者当高倍率放电的5秒电压低于10V或者90秒电压低于7.2V时结束循环。 当测试结束时,若循环记录1000次中均没有预警,则放电容量取1000次的数据;若循环过程中有预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电容量。 2.2性能衰减变化率 采用以下公式计算摩托车原厂配套OEM电池性能参数: (1)放电容量保持率=放电容量/标称容量*100%; (2)容量衰减率=(初始容量-终止容量)/初始容量*100%; (3)容量变化率=(终止容量-放电容量)/终止容量; 3.数据应用 通过分析摩托车原厂配套OEM电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。

This dataset focuses on the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance during high-rate cranking discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) motorcycle batteries under prescribed charge-discharge protocols and specified cycle numbers. Meanwhile, it monitors the 5-second and 90-second voltages during high-rate discharge and their corresponding change rates, aiming to evaluate the cranking capability, performance attenuation, battery performance stability and service life prediction of this type of batteries under long-term cyclic discharge conditions. 1. Data Source Under the prescribed cycle life test protocol, real-time capacity data of 12L cranking OEM motorcycle batteries are recorded for 1000 charge-discharge cycles. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the performance requirements for discharge capacity, capacity retention rate, 5-second voltage and 30-second voltage (derived from high-rate discharge tests) of OEM motorcycle batteries, monitoring thresholds are set to enable intelligent early warning. The cycle shall be terminated when the capacity retention rate drops below 70% of the rated capacity, or when the 5-second voltage during high-rate discharge is lower than 10 V or the 90-second voltage is lower than 7.2 V. At the end of the test, if no early warning is triggered throughout the 1000 cycles, the discharge capacity data from the 1000th cycle shall be used; if early warning is triggered during the cycles, the discharge capacity data at the time of early warning shall be adopted as the final discharge capacity. 2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate The performance parameters of OEM motorcycle batteries are calculated using the following formulas: (1) Discharge capacity retention rate = (Discharge capacity / Rated capacity) × 100%; (2) Capacity attenuation rate = [(Initial capacity - Terminal capacity) / Initial capacity] × 100%; (3) Capacity change rate = (Terminal capacity - Discharge capacity) / Terminal capacity; 3. Data Application By analyzing the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance during high-rate cranking discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of OEM motorcycle batteries, this dataset is applied to evaluate the performance attenuation, battery performance stability and service life prediction of this type of batteries under long-term cyclic discharge conditions.
