VOCs and Motion in Pisum sativum: Data and Script

Dataset of VOCs data and movement data collected on Pisum sativum L. var. saccharatum cv Carouby de Maussane. VOCs were sampled from the growth boxes using a high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOF-MS, Vocus 2R; Tofwerk AG, Thun, Switzerland) with an Adduct Ionization Mechanism (AIM) ion-molecule reactor operating in positive ionization mode with benzene as the reagent. 3D reconstruction of plant movement was obtained using using pair of cameras working in stereovision. The script analyzes the data from VOCs and motion for the time window corresponding to the development of the third branch and compares two growth conditions (with a mechanical support in the environment and without any support).
