Macrozooplankton biomass in the northern Barents Sea from seasonal surveys

This dataset consists of wet weights per species, caught with a MIK net during the seasonal surveys of the Nansen Legacy project. Samples were taken at seven station by hauling a MIK net vertically from 10-20 meters above the bottom to the surface. Details on the sampling can be found in the paper by Van Engeland et al. 2022. Sampling volumes and maximal hauling depths are provided to calculate concentrations and area-normalized values.
