We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of LX-2 cells treated with TGF-à or TGF-à + LIG. Overall design: Compare gene expression of LX2 cells transfected with 5 µg/mL TGF-à or 5 µg/mL TGF-à + 20 µM LIG. Each group had three replicates.
