The genes differentially expressed in human colon cancer cells LoVo stably transfected with LV-control and LV-miR-500a respectively.

Microarrays were used to screen differentially expressed genes in LoVo stably transfected with LV-control and LV-miR-500a. In the experiments, we used the chip to detect the probe signal values of LoVo cells stably transfected with LV-control and LV-miR-500a, set 3 replicates per group, and then used Lv-control as a control to screen for genes that were up- or down-regulated simultaneously in LoVo cells stably transfected with LV-control and LV-miR-500a.
