National sector emissions: Main pollutants, particulate matter, heavy metals and persistent organic pollutants

<p>The United Nations Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Transport of Air Pollutants (LRTAP) and Directive (EU) 2016/2284 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2016 on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants (NEC Directive) impose an obligation to comply specific requirements related to reducing emissions of indicated air pollutants. This involves the need to prepare an annual balance of SO2, NOX, CO, NH3, NMVOC, dust, heavy metals and POPs emissions with a step of x-2. The current National Balance sheet covers the years 1990-2022.</p>《联合国远程跨界大气污染物传输公约》（Long-Range Transboundary Transport of Air Pollutants, LRTAP）以及欧洲议会与欧盟理事会2016年12月14日发布的（EU）2016/2284号《特定大气污染物国家排放削减指令》（NEC Directive），均要求相关方遵守与指定大气污染物减排相关的特定要求。其中需完成的工作包括：以x-2为时间步长，编制二氧化硫（SO₂）、氮氧化物（NOₓ）、一氧化碳（CO）、氨（Ammonia, NH₃）、非甲烷挥发性有机化合物（Non-Methane Volatile Organic Compounds, NMVOC）、粉尘、重金属及持久性有机污染物（Persistent Organic Pollutants, POPs）的年度排放平衡表。当前的国家排放平衡表覆盖1990年至2022年的统计时段。
