P. aeruginosa PAO1 Isolate Sequencing. Pseudomonas aeruginosa

We have sequenced nine P. aeruginosa PAO1 strains from our in-house collection of bacterial isolates. Each strain was acquired from a different lab on a different date, spanning over 15 years. Our goal was to analyze genetic drift between the different PAO1 isolates from different sources to determine how this may affect data generated from individually-maintained laboratory-adapted strains of PAO1 across the field.
